Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Rents Saturday to Saturday for weekly stays over the Summer.
  • Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm.
  • Off Season Check-ins begin at 3 pm and are guaranteed by 5 pm.
  • Check-out is by 10 am.

Property Access and Parking

  • Guest Access: Hard key.
  • Assigned covered parking for one vehicle, a second vehicle in the lot, and exterior stairs to property level.
  • Parking: Assigned Parking labeled 0908 - Under Building.
  • Ocean Dunes covered parking is not suitable for large SUVs; please use visitor parking for large vehicles. Always use your parking pass.
  • Guest parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Policies and Rules

  • No smoking allowed.
  • Minimum age to rent: 25 years.
  • Children allowed.
  • No events allowed (including weddings, parties, sororities/fraternities).
  • No pets allowed.
  • A valid government photo ID is required for every reservation.
  • A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.

Fees and Payments

  • Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking.
  • After 48 hours of booking and more than 60 days before arrival, a full refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation debit.
  • After 48 hours of booking and within 60 days of arrival, there will be no refund processed unless the dates are re-rented. If re-rented, a refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation debit.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • Note: There are no facilities at Ocean Dunes for charging golf carts.
  • Linens (sheets and towels) will be wrapped in sealed packages and placed on the end of the beds.
  • The Rec Center pool is open year-round except for holidays or any scheduled maintenance at the Rec Center.
  • Pools are generally open from Memorial Day until Labor Day; however, pool closures may be dictated by the HOA or the Health Department. Pools may also be closed after a hurricane or tropical storm. Sea Coast Rentals/Owners will not be held accountable. No refunds will be issued for these closures.
  • Fitness Center located across the street from the 2100 building.
